Hi @anecleo, no troubles.

If the card number is used as the account number for the purpose of a Direct Debit from a Credit Card/Debit MasterCard, the only way for us to block future transactions is to cancel the card, and issue you with a new card number. This means if you have any other Direct Debits set up from this card, you will need to advise the merchants of the new details once they are received.

However, if your BSB and Account Number is being used, we require the completion of a Stop Payment of Direct Debits Form. Please click here to locate and print the form. You'll need to complete sections one through to three of the form and return to by fax to 1300 664 825. This form gives Bankwest the required authority to intervene in your arrangement with the biller, and return any future debits they attempt to process to your account.

Let me know if you need any further information.
