I was scammed on an online purchase using my debit card. Can they use my number and security number to make more purchases?? And can i get a refund?? What do you suggest is best?

Hi @susan1, we would need to place a hold on your card and arrange a new one to ensure that no further transactions can take place. It would be best to give us a call on 13 17 19 as soon as possible, or speak with us online via our secure messaging service so we can assist with this and help you arrange a transaction dispute.
You can access messaging by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now".
