We recently opened a number of new offset accounts. We ordered cards for only 2 of the new accounts. How do we tell which card is linked to which account? I cannot find it anywhere!

Hi @jessm, thanks for your enquiry. If you use the Bankwest Mobile App, you will now be able to view your card details via the "Manage" tab, once you have selected the account number from the "Accounts" screen. Whilst this function is to temporarily lock your card if it has been misplaced, it's also an easy way for you to confirm which card is linked to which account. Alternatively, you can speak with our Contact Centre so that they can advise you of this. You can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday, or you can call on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
