Hi @kellieb80, thanks for your enquiry. The Online Chat button is located at the bottom of the screen once you have logged into your Online Banking from a PC. If all of the consultants are at capacity, the "Chat Now" button would say unavailable, however as soon as someone is free it will re-populate. Please note that it may take a few minutes for an agent to become available.
