Is there anything else I need to know before things are done without my consent? Is this how the bank operates and is this the financial institution that we entrust our funds to?? I have received a new credit card sent last week with my husband's last name. I have NOT requested for any of the accounts to be separated or merged nor have a new PAN. It has caused tremendous disruptions for us. I am not aware that a new card will be sent. Georgia only mentioned that a NEW ATM card would be sent. Nothing about a new credit card. I do not know who the card belongs to and today I received a mail with pin for (apparently) my credit card. That is not the name I would like to have on the card.
