Hi guys,

I have just had a look at my credit card and my available is higher then my credit limit and my balance is not 0.

does that mean i have put to much money onto my credit card and can take some back off or could there be a delayed charge of some sorts?

Hi @crackruckles, via the Forum I'm not able to identify you to view the account details to see what has happened however if there are still some transactions in authorisation only this may be the case. If you log into online banking via a computer you can live chat with our team so they can look into what you've got available and the options to withdraw extra funds.
