card on hold

Received a letter from B/W to say due to no activity they have put a hold on my acc. Wish to re-activate it. cant access any on line acc to do this, and phone chat u/s, tried to phone 131719 was told I could wait for 30 mins/

BANK SERVICE?

Hey @Teddy generally you should be able to make a transaction on the account to ensure it doesn't close. 

If you don't have a card for the account, and can't log into online banking, we'll need to speak with you over the phone or in one of our branches to assist further.
