We changed our credit card to a Platinum card just before we left on an oversea holiday, bankwest express posted us the new card and unfortunately the mailed PIN number didnt arrive before we left. (Someone is saying at our place and the PIN still hasnt arrived after nearly 2 weeks). So our solution after activating the card was to change the PIN online but we keep getting an error message "Oops there seems to be a problem. There was a problem updating your card" we called Bankwest and all we keep getting from them is "Sorry there is nothing we can do". We have tried using every device we have (Iphone, MAC, Ipad and Desktop PC) and even cleared the cookies and browing history with no luck. Just wondering if anyone out there might of encountered this issue as we earlier stated we are getting absolutely no help from Bankwest and we desperately need to get this card working over here (In the USA)........Any help will be much appreciated...
