Hi I paid my credit card balance 17 days ago and it still hasn't rolled over an issued a new statement, why do the banks take so long to issue new statement? I also found with my last statement I only was given 2 weeks to pay once statement was issued. Not happy especially when I always pay my balance in full each month.

Hi @TH33, our credit card statements are issued monthly, roughly every 30 days, however you can see your updated balance in online banking as soon as the payment has been received by the bank.
Some of our credit card products did have changes made to the interest free days in June 2016. You can read more details of this here.
