Unblock credit card

I have been trying for 36 hours to get my card unblocked. I did not authorise it to be blocked . It is VITAL that it is unblocked. I am on a cruise boat with limited internet and phone access. I have rung the overseas help number 15 times with no success. All my direct debits operate on this card. I will not be back in Audtralia until December 10. Please confirm this email and that my card is unblocked.  I am contacting the banking ombudsman and my solicitor to advise of this situation. I can pay no bills. Power, water, Telstra, and health cover could all be lost.


Not only have I not been able to contact anyone I cannot unblock my card on my account it will not let me. Also I have a $1000 bill to pay on the boat!!!!!!!!
