I have been sent the Transaction dispute form and i have completed it.

I was told there would be a fax number i could fax it to, but i can't find this number.

Can you please give me the fax number so i can send through my form for processing.

Thank you

Thanks for your question @blue_bear_21 - glad you've got things under control so far. The fax number is found in the orange bar roughly in the middle of the form - 1300 765 515.

For those that need to know more about the process I've put some details in a separate post for you.

We don't have a fax machine to send our transaction dispute form for a credit card to.  Is there an email address I can send it to (I can scan it first and attach it to the email).

Hi @juliemac, sorry to hear you're needing to dispute a transaction.

If you're unable to fax the form, you can certainly post it to Bankwest: PO Box E237, Perth WA 6841, or you can drop it into your closest Bankwest store.

Whilst we don't have a centralised email address, if preferred you will be able to forward this through BankMail, via the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking. It will be received by our email team, and responded to within 1 - 2 business days.

I hope this helps!

It's ridiculous that Bankwest is stuck in the 20th Century with forms and fax machines. Your competitors offer a fully digitlal approach to submitting disputed transactions. No email address to send correspondence either. Baffling
