Student Account For 15 year old travelling OS

HI I want to open a low fee transaction account for my son.

He will soon be 15 and will be travelling this year for sport without his parents. I wanted a card with no fees that we could deposit money in for him for use in Australia and OS when away. Can he get a Debit Mastercard so he can access money always?

Hi TamaraK42, if your son in still studying he would be eligible for the Student Account, which generally has no fees when using it within Australia. However all of our transaction accounts do have fees for using your card overseas. You can view the details of the fees here:
