I still have my current debit card with me but it has a split on it, can I order a replacement card online or do I need to contact the services desk and what is the cost for the replacement card please.

Hi @danieljang, thanks for your enquiry.
You can certainly order a replacement card with our Contact Centre - either via the Online Chat option within your Online Banking ("Chat to us Now" button) between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday, or by calling on 13 17 19. As the card is damaged, you won't be charged for this.
