Repayment order of more than one 12 month interest free

I took the offer up of two 12 month interest free in Feb 17 & Oct 17. Last month Jan 18 I paid what was owing on the Feb 17 (saving each week to make sure I have these funds) only to find out today that I was paying off the interest free amount that isn't  due until Oct 2018 first.  So it is hardly 12 month interest free and now I have no way of paying off what Bankwest now says is due this month,  February 2018.  Note to self "only have one interest free at a time" & never use the card for purchases.  Does anyone know what clause this definition comes under in the Credit Card Conditions of use.

Hi @Karen16, it sounds like you're referring to a balance transfer here. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone so we can look into this further for you. Can you please pop me an email to with your full name and contact number, and I will arrange a call to discuss? Thanks!
