Paypal has advised and has clearly indicated on my PayPal account statement that a refund of $18.89 was processed and sent to my BKW card on 04 April. As of 16 April - I still do not see this reflected in my card account.
This is more than 10 days - and I am wasting a lot of time looking to reconcile $18.89 that should have been a seamless effort and process within the Bank.

When funds are transferred to your account, we'll process them on the same business day that they are received. If you're unable to see the amount, it would indicate that we haven't got it as yet. I understand that you've been advised that the funds have been sent, though we can't see incoming funds until they've arrived. For this reason it would be best to contact the sending merchant to follow up, and ensure the receiving account details are correct.
