i backed a project for which my credit card was charged last year and have not received the goods. From the feedback on the project this is the case for a lot of backers and those that have received their goods are very unhappy. How can I arrange for a refund?

Thanks for that. I have contacted the owner of the project and will complete the transaction dispute form if he does not respond - which looks likely from other backer comments.
