How long does it take for the accumulated qantas points to reflect on my Qantas account? I woukd think this should happen as soon as the payment is cleared on my credit card. Is that not the case?

Hi @blessngwe05, Points are transferred to Qantas for all customers on a monthly basis. This is currently around the fifth of each calendar month, and can take up to 21 days to be processed. Generally when a new account is opened, you should start receiving points to your Qantas account within the first 2-3 months. If you have had your account for more than 3 months and not yet received any points, it would be best to give us a call on 13 17 19, so we can look into this for you. Thanks ^Lynds
