I was really pleased to see the easy purchase plan idea introduced. Was a great idea and a nice way to help loyal customers so well done on that. Unfortunately, it just seems unclear how the easy installments are initiated. There is some informatin about eligible purchases (or more ineligible purchases) and that there are up to 5 purchases allowed at a time but I have now been advised that they are sent randomly and only one at a time and that there is no caacity to requecst them as a customer (which is a litle different to the frequently asked questions information) . Some information about this in the frequently asked question section of the website would be good as it seems to be a missing bit. Just a bit disapointed to find this out as it makes it almost impossible to make a buying decision if the allocation is random.

Just to ensure there is no confusion - yes, the offers are sent at random, and you are able to have up to 5 Easy Instalment plans in place at any one time, not 5 purchases per instalment.
I have passed this through to our Cards Team so they can take a look at any possible future enhancements, to the FAQs and the set up.
