Hi I made an online Purchase with Qantas of $538.04 last week and it has been authorised but it is not showing up on my eligable purchases list to set up Easy Installments. I rang customer service today and the lady I spoke to said I can't do that over the app and I have to do it on the full website instead over online banking. But when I log into online banking, there is no such offer mentioned or avaliable to me.

Hi @kirky155, thanks for contacting us in regards to this. I do apologise that you have not received the correct information, as easy installments do need to be set up in the app.
For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over Facebook, so I'm unable to view this myself. If you can please pop us a secure message in online banking, our team can look into this for you.
You can access messaging by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now".
