I recently completed a card contract variation and activated my new card. However, my previous card account remains visible on my online account. New purchases are appearing in the balances section of both accounts.
How long will my previous account remain visible, and why is it necessary?

Thanks for your question @cgm - the old card should disappear from your account listing in online banking within 7 days of activating your new card. If it's not gone after this time, give us a call on 131719 from 8am-8pm local time and we'll get it sorted out for you.
