Hi @Moira_anne2002, this can sometimes happen depending on the way the transaction is processed by the merchant. It's likely that the duplicate "authorisation only" transaction will not actually fully process and will instead drop off the account. This can sometimes take a few days. If the transaction does authorise we would need to arrange a transaction dispute. For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so we'd need to speak with you over the phone.
