POP UP MESSAGES

Please stop these annoying large white on black "Chat" messages and "hear about Credit Card limit increases" that pop up on my screen every time I come online and want to look at my accouint details and transactions. Man Sad

They are clearly just marketing ploys by Bankwest to encourage me to use another product, but all I want to do is view my own accounts !

I consider them to be a breach of my privacy.

Hi @royceg, I'm sorry to hear you feel this way.

The "Chat to us Now" button should only be visible at the very bottom of the page once you have logged in to your Online Banking. Any Credit Card Limit Increase offer would be shown in the "Apply for a Product" tab, or at the top of your Online Banking "Account Information" page, if you have an offer available. I'd like to have this looked into for you, so can I ask you to please send me screenshots to Forum@Bankwest.com.au of what you can see on your screen.

Thanks!
