PINS and acctivating cards

I'm just wondering but were is the button PINS and acctivate cards in the self service menu cause I can't find it. ASAP

Hi @Desirae, the PINS and Activate Cards tab is the 2 option down, under the Self Service tab. Please note this tab is only available in Online Banking, via the full site. Hope this helps!

HI @Mojtaba, by following the steps in the following link you can change the PIN for your card online.

Hi guys, 

 

Same problem, I don't have the Self Service tab in the left menu. Can you please let me know where it is? It probably needs attention from your interface design team. This is what I see:

Hi @borgraeve, based on the image you've provided it looks like you may be using Online Business Banking. The Self Service tab is available in Bankwest Online Banking - Personal (BOB). If you're trying to update a PIN for a card linked to a business account, you can still do this using BOB by following the above steps. Thanks!
