I lost my card and was re issued a new one, however, once it came, my old pin number will not work. How can I change my pin through the OBB as there is no option to self manage cards etc on Business Banking. Thank you

Hi @Melrenb, this is a very good question!
If you also use Personal Online Banking (known as BOB) you can login to the full site and select "Self Service > Manage My Cards" from the left side menu to change your PIN immediately. Make sure you have your mobile phone handy, as an SMS Code is required to complete the process.
If you don't use BOB, you'd need to call our Business Support Team on 137 000 to have a new PIN issued. They're available between 6am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday, and 6am - 2pm AWST on Saturdays.
