I informed bankwest that I would be overseas until 1st May this year. Now my mastercard debit isn't working because I have stayed overseas past this date. Is there some way to contact Bankwest and get it working again without making any phone calls as I'm unable to call at the moment?

Thanks for your question @bronton, and I'm sorry to hear your card's not working! For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over the forum, so it'd be best to live chat with us so that we can look into this. You can access live chat during WA business hours, by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting the orange "chat now" button. We do also have an email service available in online banking, to access this select "message centre" from the left hand menu, and then "Bankmail".
If you're unable to get onto online banking, we'd need to speak with you over the phone, you can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. Thanks!
