I am in the UK, using a different mobile, reliant on transient wifi, I can't call the bank as I have limited privileges with current SIM, I can't confirm via bankcode SMS as I have a UK mobile, I have a different have a current transaction dispute that I have been unable to resolve due to issues with remote areas and wifi (it needed to be resolved today, despite my best efforts to communicate via bank mail), and to top it all off I have now been locked out of my online banking account which I cannot reset due to not having access to my mobile!
Help? Getting a credit card for use overseas has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Sorry to hear of the troubles you're having @EmilyB. If you can send me your best contact number and time to call to email@example.com I'll arrange for a colleague of mine to get in touch with you and see if there's anything they can do to help. While transaction disputes can take some time we may be able to help with SMS code for example.
By the way, did you notify us of your overseas travel either over the phone, in store or via mobile/online banking? This can help avoid the most common issues with banking while overseas.
