I'm currently working out on site where I dont have a phone to call you. Can I order a new bank masercard debit card online, as I have lost my card.

Hi @KR, I'm sorry to hear you have lost your card. We can certainly arrange a replacement for you without you needing to call. However as we're unable to identify you through the Forum, you'll need to contact us via live chat to arrange this. To access live chat, you'll need to log into your online banking via a computer and click 'Chat Now' during WA business hours. I hope this helps!

Hi @Lilly, I'm sorry to hear you've lost your card.
We've replaced the "Chat Now" with a "Message us Now" button, located in your Online Banking. This is available 24/7 for your convenience. If you're unable to access your Online Banking, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 at any time for assistance.
It may also interest you to know that if you have the most updated version of the Bankwest Mobile App, you can now place a temporary hold on your card via the "Manage" tab of the account once you have selected it from the list. This is a new feature, so it is only available on the most recent version of the app. This will ensure your current card is unable to be used without your knowledge or consent whilst you are arranging a replacement.
