My card is being replaced with an emergency card while I’m overseas. Now I cannot see transactions from my previous card. How can I see my recent transactions (need to confirm received a refund from a company)?

Once an account is closed, it is removed from your Bankwest Online Banking account list. Statements for a Credit Card are issued every 30 days, and for this reason we are unable to generate an "Interim Statement" upon closure. Once your next statement is issued, the previous transactions will be listed.
If you need to confirm any transactional information, you can call our Contact Centre on +61 8 9486 4130* from a landline overseas, or by logging into your Online Banking and selecting the "Message us Now" tab at any time.
*This is a 24/7 Reverse Charges Number, however as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
