New replacement card

Hi, I just received my new card with updated expiry date, however the card number is the same. There is no expiry to select on Manage my Cards, to activate my card.

Have you sent me the wrong card?

This is the second time bankwest has sent me the wrong card.

Hi @Alexa, as the card numbers are the same you won't need to activate the card - it should work automatically. Thanks!
