New pin

Once I’ve activated my replacement card over the phone do I need to make a new pin or will it be my old pin I had before

Hi @Sammcgrath95, if the card was replaced due to expiry or damage, you can continue to use the same PIN as previously.


If the previous card was lost or stolen, you will need to create a new PIN, if you activate the card through your online banking this is part of the activation process.


If you activate the card over the phone, please log into your online banking (using the full website) and hit 'self service' > 'manage my cards' > select the card from the drop down box and follow the prompts to select the PIN.
