New card hasn’t arrived

I ordered a debit MasterCard 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I presume it’s due to my address in bankwest system having to be redirected as I’m not living at the address listed at the moment. I ordered another card with my residential address just then and I was wondering what I should do now as on manage my cards the undelivered one appears?

Hi @hegartma, this is something we'd definitely like to look into for you.

 

We'll need to ensure your address is correctly held - we can have a mailing address and residential address listed, and can expire/update the mailing address when you're ready. To ensure everything is up to date, please speak with our Contact Centre by logging into your Online Banking and selecting "Ask Us" (Mobile App) or "Message us Now" (PC). Alternatively, you can give them a call on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
