When a card arrives, the PIN follows within the next 10 business days, to ensure that these details don't arrive at the same time. In saying that, you'll actually be able to set your own PIN in your Personal Online Banking, as long as you can see the account on the "Account Information" home page.
To do this, click on "Self Service > Manage my Cards" and follow the prompts. You'll need access to the full site as well as your registered Australian mobile phone to set this up - so if you aren't able to finalise a PIN, it would be best to call our Business Support Team on 137 000. They're available between 6am - 8pm AWST Monday - Friday, and 6am - 2.30pm AWST on Saturday's.
