@aliciai: The debit card replacement fee is waived when the card has been stolen (police report required) or is damaged. (see http://www.bankwest.com.au/library/pdf/PDS_20040121-160125.pdf)
If your card was replaced because of one of the allowed fee waiver reasons, call Customer Service, or send a secure Bankmail message via Online Banking, so they can review this for you.

Via the Forum I am unable to view your details to see what has happened, however if you give us a call on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, or select the "Chat Now" button once logged into your Online Banking between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday, a consultant can certainly take a look for you.
