My card has been locked for 5 days. EACH day i call up bank west and they said they are too busy to assist and that someone will call me back. This never happens. 5 days without money is an absolute joke from BankWest. I have spoken to the online chat person and she said she couldn't help and to call bank west. Whats the point in having an online assistance if they can't help.
I would never recommend this bank to anyone. As soon as they unlock my account i will be seeking a new bank.
