For security reasons I wouldn't be able to view or provide any personal information via the Forum I'm sorry, however the Primary Card Holder (PCH) is generally the customer who put through the application, and was the point of contact during the application process. When the card(s) were issued, the letter would have also been addressed to the PCH.
This can be confirmed by logging into your Online Banking and selecting "Message us Now" at any time, or by calling our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
