Lost debit card in norway.

Hi I was wondering if I could get my Bankwest platinum debit MasterCard cancelled? Lost it in oslo, norway. Can communicate via email or phone. Thanks.

Hi @Hydie04, I'm sorry to hear this. For security purposes it would be best for us to place a temporary hold on the card in question, to ensure that it cannot be used without your consent. You may then be able to arrange an Emergency Replacement Card with MasterCard International* via the details below, so you don't have to stress about being stuck!

Alternatively, you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen and discuss this with a consultant between 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday AWST for immediate assistance.
