Lost and stolen cards

Do you have any customer service personnel who can speak Chinese? My friend Lost him card

Hi @ivantee, I'm sorry to hear this. Is he perhaps able to pop into a Bankwest store with some photo ID for assistance over the counter? This would most likely be the easiest way for us to assist him if there are any concerns with a language barrier, as we are only able to speak in English over the phone with regards to accounts. Thank you.
