Interest charged on credit balance

Why was I hated purchase interest on my credit card when it had a credit balance for the whole month?

Hi @LGarvey, information regarding purchase interest and when it will apply can be found here

So we can look into why this interest has been charged to your account specifically, please log into your online banking and select the 'Message us now' button (or the 'Ask us' button if using our app).
