Identify Verification Form

Hello, I am in the process of registering an additional card holder for my credit card. We don't live close to any branch and will go via Australia Post. The identity verification form on the bankwest site contains a "customer reference number" field. I am unsure what to put there.

Hi @sfcan, the 'customer reference number' (also known as a PAN) is the number your additional card holder uses to log into their online banking if they're already a Bankwest customer.

If they don't yet have any accounts with us, you can leave this box blank 🙂
