To pay your credit card statement from another bank, you need to use BPAY®.
Biller Code: 9100 Reference Number: Your 16 digit credit card number You can find this info on the bottom of the first page of your statement.
Transfers between Australian Financial Institutions can take between 1 to 3 business days, which includes BPAY. This means you need to allow for this time when paying your statement, ie. Don’t make the payment on the due date or it will be received late by Bankwest and you’ll be charged a late fee.
We recommend transferring the funds from your other bank a minimum of 3 business days prior to the due date to ensure it’s received in time to prevent the late fee and/or purchase interest being charged.
