Hi there, I want to stop my current card and start a completely new card with a new account, new bsb and account number etc.. how can I do that? Plus will my current money go into my new account?

If you're after a whole new account - you can generally apply online If you'd prefer to speak to someone, you can call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 between the below hours:
Mon Fri: 6am - 6pm AWST
Sat: 8am - 3pm AWST
A consultant will be able to close your existing account too - this can be done by calling the above number, or by logging into your Online Banking and selecting "Message us Now" from a PC, or "Ask Us" via the Mobile App. Both of these services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
