If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged then it shouldn't take any longer than 10 business days for a new card to arrive. If your card is expiring soon, a replacement should be received roughly 3 weeks prior to the expiry date. If you've waited longer than this, or would like us to take a closer look, please log in to your Online Banking and select the 'Message us Now' button located on the right hand side of the screen. Or give us a call on 13 17 19. Both services are now available 24/7.
