Hi,

I have a Qantas MasterCard Platinum credit card. I have made the required minimum spend in the allotted time period, how long does it take for the 50,000 sign up bonus points to be credited?

Thanks

Hi @simevanna, Thanks for your enquiry. I've just checked and been advised Qantas Points, including any bonus points on your Qantas  MasterCard, will only be transferred to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account at the end of the 2 month period from account opening and once you have spent the required minimum spend on eligible purchases. Hope that helps!

Appreciate your response Sarah. Should hit the account in the next couple of days then. Thanks

Hi Sarah, two weeks later and the points still have not been credited.  I checked with BankWest who confirmed I have met the spend and time requirements. Hoping to use them for a flight soon.  Any advice?

Hi @simevanna, for security reasons we can't access or discuss your personal accounts over Facebook, so I'm unable to check the status of this. There are a few different factors that contribute to when bonus points will be paid. As I'm unable to see the terms and conditions around your specific Bonus Points Promotion, it would be best to log into online banking using a computer and select the orange "Chat Now" button, so we can look into this further.
