Hi @28584419, I'm sorry to hear that you've had some trouble reaching our Contact Centre.
Whilst this is the way to reach us 24/7 for this kind of enquiry, you can also log in to your Online Banking and select the "Chat to us Now" button between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday to chat to a consultant. If you have the most updated version of the Bankwest Mobile App, you can also now place a temporary hold on your card via the "Manage" tab of the account the card is linked to, once you have selected it from the list. As this is a new feature, so it is only available on the most recent version of the app and a safe way to ensure your card is secure if you're unable to speak with us.
