Hello,
The Human Affect Amaroo have debited my credit card without me reading and agreeing their contract.
I wish to block my credit card from further debits and report this unauthorised transaction. His name is Rob Perry.
He contracted me on facebook and talked to me twice by phone. I was initially interested in his program, but after
his phone call changed my mind. he has my credit card details but I never read or agreed to his contract or registered
for his program, which started yesterday. please immediately block my credit card for any further debits and log his
$500.00 debit on 3/07/2017 as unauthorised.I will contact him by phone to inform him of his unauthorised transaction
tell him not to attempt any further transactions as I never read or accepted his contract nor logged onto his program.
if he tries any further debits or willnot refund this unauthorised $500.00 debit I will initiate legal action from my end.
Any advice or assistance from Bankwest would be much appriciated.
Kind regards Neale Le Comte

Hi @NealeLeComte, I'm really sorry to hear that this has happened. For security purposes it would be best for a temporary hold to be placed on the card in question, to ensure that if it has been used without your knowledge or consent, nothing further can be debited. Via the Forum we are unable to view your full details, so to have this actioned urgently, you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance, or call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 at any time. A consultant will also be able to discuss the dispute process with you, as well as arranging a new card. Hope this helps.
