How do I change PIN on business account card?

It's been so long since I used my business debit card in store that I have forgotten the PIN. I've looked up info about how to change a PIN in the help section, but the details only seem to apply to personal accounts. I'm in Canberra so not too many options for dropping into a branch. Is there a way for me to solve this online and sort it out myself?

With thanks

Mia

Hi @miat65, you can reset your Debit Card PIN through your online banking by clicking 'Self service' > 'Manage my cards'. This function is used for both personal and business debit cards.

Hi Guys,

Im having the same problems - for OBB business users the interface doesnt seem the same, and there is no 'self service' option on the left hand side (only customer service > manage checks/payments/transfers) - can you help please?

Thank you!
