Hi @Cjaide, if you don't have an increase invitation listed in your Online Banking (this would show on the credit card transaction listing page), then you would need to speak with us to apply for a credit limit increase. You can do this by calling our contact on 13 17 19, between the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 7am - 6pm WST
Saturday: 8am - 4pm WST
Sunday: 8am - 12:30pm WST
Alternatively, you can apply by dropping into any of our stores. Whilst we process the application as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a 3 day turnaround time I'm sorry.
