Around 2+ months ago i went into a branch to order a new debit mastercard. Ive done this before since my cards seem to disintegrate and have had no issues. However i the employee ordered one for me anx said i wait around a week for it to come. After a month i went again and told them it never came in the mail. She then ordered the card to my nearest branch and said i would receive a text when it came (around 2 weeks). Another month has passed and here i am, debit cardless, my card is cracked in half and rendered useless, unless at ATMs. What does a man have to do to get a new piece of plastic delivered around here :^(
