Expired Debit Card and Forgot Secure Code

 Hi There,


I'm in oversea; I forgot my secure code & locked myself out of banking and, just wondering can the secure code reset via oversea phone number?! Also, My debit card was expired last month (02/18) and I haven't receive new card yet. Smiley Happy

Hi @Richellechua, thanks for getting in touch, I hope you're enjoying your time overseas. 
Whilst the SMS Code is only able to be sent to a registered Australian mobile number, our Contact Centre can help you with this, as well as look into what is happening with your replacement card. For security reasons you'll need to be verbally identified for this type of enquiry, so we'd ask that you call +61 8 9486 4130 from a landline overseas. This is a 24/7 reverse charges number, though as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
