Hi @Raels9687, we don't have any issues affecting our lines/EFTPOS terminals so it should be processing normally.
It could be the specific EFTPOS terminal you used, or possibly an issue with the bank/institution that provides the terminal. Has it happened on more than one terminal? If so, it'll be best to speak with you over the phone to look into it some more.
